Why this register?
Anyone buying or selling a car, scooter, or other vehicle on Bonaire often lacks a simple way to record who the owner is and when ownership changes. That makes a sale needlessly tense: is the seller's story accurate, and who can check that later?
That's why we're building Registro Bonaire: a light, digital way to record ownership and transfer a sale properly — with a proof document both parties can verify via a unique verification link.
Who's behind it?
Registro Bonaire is an initiative of F.A.S.T rental Bonaire B.V., the operator behind this register. Our goal is simple: one reliable, digital place where vehicle ownership on Bonaire is recorded and properly transferred when sold.
F.A.S.T rental Bonaire B.V. is a commercial business, not a government agency. This register is a supplement to — not a replacement for — the official license plate, ownership, and vehicle registration of the government on Bonaire (KPCN/RDW/BCN).
What we are
